THE EQUAL DISTRIBUTION OF ENERGY

L. Stachovich, Violinist, Moscow

It is well known that energy is distributed unevenly over the entire earth's surface. We are here not speaking about the tradi- tional understanding of energy, such as oil or gas, energy from the depths of the earth or about electric energy. Here we have in mind the energy of vitality, the presence or which exists as a direct condition for any productive human activity, and the absence of which leads to its extinguishing and disappearance.

Moreover, the most interesting things is that the presence in some regions or the absence in others often is not directly connected with favorable or unfavorable natural conditions of existence, the nature of the area or economic or political conditions in which this or that country lives. More likely it is just the opposite - the political or economic situation depends directly on the vital energetics of the population living in it.

It is not appropriate here to provide a detailed and exhaustive analysis as to why countries having virtually no natural resources possess colossal reserves of this energy, while others, possessing gigantic untapped natural reserves and marvelous cli- mates to not have this energy or else they possess it to a mini- mal degree - we shall ponder on this point in more detail later.

Here we are touching upon a project which resolves the issue of the equal distribution of such energy over the entire planet. For this purpose, 86 specially equipped panels are erected at a height of 28-30 km above the Earth. The goal of some is to gather and accumulate energy from regions saturated with it in large abundance, and with the help of special transmitters to convey it to other groups of panels hanging immobile over regions with an absence of such energy. Given such a harmonious distribution, perhaps an equal growth of the economies of all countries can be ensured, and in many ways the political and social conflicts that have still not abated in many regions of the world can be resolved.

THE EQUAL DISTRIBUTION OF ENERGY

1. Get a globe (with a minimum diameter of 30 cm and a maxi- mum one of 45 cm) and hang it between the ceiling and the floor at a distance of 150 cm from the lower edge of the globe.

2. Attach metal panels above it at a distance of 3.5 cm.

( 6 x 7 cm for a globe with a 30 cm diameter).

3. Next to it, hang from the ceiling to the floor 9 drawings in white matte or glued on white cardboard (drawings of any subject). The drawings should be 40 x 30 cm in size (preferably of various sizes). Between them, uniting them are two thin wires. The distance between them is 20 cm.

4. Explanations to the drawings: "All the drawings are of different quality, there are good ones, bad ones and average ones. In order to improve the quality of the mediocre and bad ones, to connect and unite them - the energy of creativity is equally distributed among all of them. After this equalization, they are hung at various levels in the room so that the field of the room, all of its levels were also equally supplied, filled with this creative energy."

5. A table should be placed nearby with this commentary.
