1.2.3 D-TLBs. Distributed Memory Management

The only thing done by Off is to export the network hardware, and this also holds for memory management. Off implements a Distributed Software TLB. The user can establish translations from virtual to distributed physical memory addresses and the address translation hardware is safely multiplexed by Off among the competing applications.
