5.3.3 DTLB allocation

Physical names for DTLBs may be either a page table address or a context identifier depending on the architecture used.

Storage for DTLBs page tables is supplied by the application itself (which retains read access for those pages). The DTLB allocator uses the slot in the identifier to find out where the DTLB is stored.
