ToDo list for dynamicTAO

- Improve CVS checkin process
  checking in downloaded version of original TAO file
  destroy all original verison and author information
  because we are also using CVS.

- Set up a sync between U of Washington CVS repository
  to minimize future porting effort.
 
- Clean JAVA JNI stuff
  Ask to install JMF(Java media framework) in the shared directory

- Put memo about JMF (We will have a compilation error in creating
  Interprting Strategy. Those who do not have a JAVA environment
  should skip creating the Interpreting Strategy.
